Change Request Options:
(available to all participants with or without an active RaceLookup Protect protection plan)
Transfer to another person:
No one may participate in any race category using someone else’s information. Instead, transfer and update the original race entry to the new participant. Doing so will prevent the new participant’s disqualification and the temporary impact to all other participants.
Both change requests (step 1 and 2) must be completed at least 15 minutes before the race’s planned start time. Go to the times listed on the homepage under location and times to determine the start time.
Optionally, complete (Step 1, 2, or both) on race day during packet pickup and onsite registration. When completing this request (step 1, 2, or both) onsite on race day, it must be complete 15 or more minutes before the race’s planned start time. Step 1 requires the original race entry holder to be present. Step 2 requires the new race entry holder to be present.
There is a $15 processing fee to transfer a race entry to another person (step 1) unless an optional RaceLookup Protect protection plan was purchased and is active. There is no processing fee to update a race entry to another person (step 2.)
- To determine whether an optional protection plan was purchased, go to the participant registration confirmation email sent by support@racelookup.com. It will indicate the plan level bought and, if not, will show declined.
- If a protection plan was purchased, locate the activation email, sent separately of the registration confirmation by support@racelookup.com, containing the protection plan number. You will need this number to waive the processing fee and complete the transfer request.
- If you cannot find the email containing your protection plan number, contact us at least 15 minutes before the race’s planned start time and request it. Also, indicate you want to complete a change request to transfer your race entry to another person. Indicate the new person’s first and last name.
- Upon completing a race entry transfer to another person, the protection plan inactivates, cancels, and terminates and is no longer unusable.
Step 1 (original participant) – go to the participant registration confirmation email sent by support@racelookup.com at the time of registering and use the change link provided to complete the request. The race entry will not be updated to the new participant until step 1 is complete.
After submitting the request, you will receive a transfer email containing a promotional code from support@racelookup.com. Give this code to the new participant; it will allow them to register for the race online without any associated cost.
Step 2 (new participant) – After receiving the original participant’s promotional code from step 1, go to the race registration and register yourself into the race. The use of the promotional code will allow you to register online without any associated costs.
When completing step 1 online near the start of the race, the transfer email containing the promotional code may not be received in time to register online. In this case, the new participant should plan to complete step 2 onsite during packet pickup and onsite registration.
If the original participant has already received a bib, plan to surrender it. The old participant or new participant can return it during onsite packet pickup on race day. The new participant will not receive a new bib until this is complete.

PARTICIPATING IN THE VIRTUAL OPTION
So simple, run or walk anywhere, anytime and be a part of the fun of the Pride Run Las Vegas! Then, score serious bling!
Register by January 13, 2024
Record result and post photo by January 31, 2024
Here’s how it works:
Pick the virtual option during registration. Plan your virtual run or walk, complete it, and come back here to record your result and post an optional photo!
If you can imagine it, you can complete it:
Complete your run or walk outside on a course you create with your mobile running and walking app or with another event you participate in and complete. Run or walk on an outdoor path, track, or trail, or maybe indoors on a treadmill at home or the gym, or even plan indoors at the mall. Do it solo or complete it with your friends and family or running or walking group buddies. Only you’ll be able to decide.
Sport some serious bling:
Secure your finisher medal through the mail. Secure your race shirt and special edition race shirt by mail when optionally purchased during registration.
Record your result and post a picture or two:
Log your run or walk, take a few pictures, and optionally post one or two to the Pride Run Series Facebook page.
What to expect:
Your race packet containing your finisher medal and any optionally purchased items will ship USPS within 15 business days from the physical event date. You will receive an email confirmation containing the USPS shipment tracking number as your parcel ships. Your digital bib will also be attached.
Allow 15 business days from submitting your race result for it to reflect in the online race results. To avoid forfeiture of your online results and digital finisher certificate, you must record your race result by the deadline.
PARTICIPATING AS A TEAM
The initial member registering for the race can create their team during registration. Additional members will then select their team from the team drop-down.
Each team member’s race result will indicate their team name, so you do not need to qualify for team results to be recognized as a team.
To compete, you must have at least five members.
A team qualifies for group results in a race category with at least five members with valid race results. That team’s top five qualifying members in the race category are used to compute the team’s overall placement.
